At Peptide Nexus Lab, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the sensitive nature of research products, all returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Because our products are intended for laboratory research and require strict quality control, products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored are generally not eligible for return.
Return requests may be considered in the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- Your order was incomplete.
- The product was defective upon arrival.
- The package was lost during transit and confirmed by the carrier.
Return Request Period
Customers must notify Peptide Nexus Lab within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues with their order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
- Clearance or promotional items
- Gift cards, if applicable
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the package and product
After review, we may, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement product.
- Issue a partial refund.
- Issue a full refund.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier, Peptide Nexus Lab may provide:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Peptide Nexus Lab.
Returned products must be sent in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Refusal of Refunds
Peptide Nexus Lab reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement requests in cases involving:
- Misuse of products
- Improper storage or handling
- Unauthorized returns
- Requests made outside the eligible time period
- Fraudulent claims
