Ordering
Browse our product catalog, add your desired compounds to the cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email at the address you provide. For bulk or institutional orders, contact us directly at info@peptidenexuslab.com before ordering.
Guest checkout is available. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, access previous order history, and download your certificates of analysis at any time from your dashboard.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us at info@peptidenexuslab.com with your order number. Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, changes are no longer possible.
There is no minimum order quantity for standard catalog items. Bulk orders at discounted pricing are available — contact us for a quote if you require quantities beyond what is listed on the product page.

Products & Purity
Our standard catalog peptides are verified at 99%+ purity by HPLC analysis. Purity data for each batch is published in the certificate of analysis available on every product page. If a batch does not meet this standard it is not listed for sale.
Every batch is tested by independent, third-party accredited laboratories using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for purity and Mass Spectrometry (MS) for identity verification. We do not self-certify our own products — all results come from external labs.
Storage conditions vary by compound and are specified on each product page and within the COA. In general, lyophilized peptides should be stored in a freezer at -20°C, away from moisture and direct light. Once reconstituted, compounds should be used promptly or stored per the documented protocol for that compound.
Shelf life depends on the specific compound and storage conditions. Expiry or recommended use-by dates are listed on each product label and in the COA. Products are shipped with sufficient shelf life remaining to allow for proper research use.
We occasionally accommodate custom or sourcing requests for qualified research organizations. Email us with the compound name, required quantity, and your research context. We’ll advise on feasibility and lead times.
Certificates of Analysis
A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by a testing laboratory confirming the identity, purity, and other quality attributes of a batch of compound. It includes the testing method used (e.g. HPLC), the purity percentage result, molecular weight, and the name of the testing facility.
Yes — every product listed on our site has a corresponding batch-specific COA from an independent laboratory, available to view on the product page before purchase. A copy is also included with your order documentation.
Your batch number is printed on the product label. Email us at info@peptidenexuslab.com with your order number and batch number and we’ll provide the corresponding COA document directly.
All COAs at Peptide Nexus Lab are produced by independent, third-party accredited testing laboratories. We do not self-certify. This ensures the testing results are unbiased and verifiable.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery times then depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
We ship to many countries. Availability varies due to regional regulations on research chemicals. Please check at checkout or contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we ship to your country. The buyer is responsible for ensuring importation complies with their local laws.
Compounds that require cold storage are shipped using insulated, cold-chain packaging with appropriate coolants (gel packs or dry ice depending on transit time). We include temperature indicators where necessary to verify conditions during transit.
First check your tracking link emailed when we dispatched your order. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or the package is marked delivered but not received, contact us at info@peptidenexuslab.com with your order number.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging for privacy. Product labeling inside the package clearly identifies compounds as “For Research Use Only” as required for compliance purposes.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemical compounds, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or does not match its documented specifications, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Email us immediately at info@peptidenexuslab.com with your order number and a photo of the label received. We’ll arrange the correct item to be dispatched at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item if needed.
Document the damage with photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of both the outer packaging and the product. We’ll arrange a replacement at no charge.
Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 days to appear on your statement.
Research Use Policy
All compounds sold by Peptide Nexus Lab are intended solely for legitimate scientific research — such as in-vitro laboratory studies — conducted by qualified individuals. They are not approved, labeled, or sold for human or veterinary consumption, personal use, or therapeutic application of any kind.
Our products are intended for purchase by qualified researchers, laboratories, universities, and research institutions. By completing a purchase, customers confirm they are acquiring compounds for legitimate research purposes and accept sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, national, and international regulations.

We provide technical product information such as molecular weight, sequence, storage guidelines, and purity data. We do not provide protocols or guidance for human use. For laboratory reconstitution and handling, we recommend consulting peer-reviewed literature or qualified laboratory personnel.

Yes. All payment processing is handled via SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Peptide Nexus Lab does not store your card details on our systems at any point.
